We now need more than ever to get together as a country and PRAY ! Lord, I come before you humbly and pray for all the
victims of this tragedy, and their families. Lord I ask that you
pour out a blessing upon those who are helping with the rescue,
all the doctors and nurses, and all the medical personal in both
New York and DC. Lord I ask that you give wisdom to Mr. Bush and
all our representatives that they do your will, and bring these evil
people to justice. Lord I pray that this tragic event will bring
people to you, and be saved by the blood of Jesus.
Here are some scriptures that I thought were helpful in this
time of need:I ask you this, as always, in Jesus' precious name, Amen 1 Thessalonians 5:17 -Keep on Praying.- Psalm 10 , Psalm 46 , Psalm 94 , 2 Corinthians 1:3-11 The Beatitudes "God blesses those who realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is given to them. God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. God blesses those who are gentle and lowly, for the whole earth will belong to them. God blesses those who are hungry and thirsty for justice, for they will receive it in full. God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy. God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God. God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God. God blesses those who are persecuted because they live for God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs. "God blesses you when you are mocked and persecuted and lied about because you are my followers. Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted, too. |
